Enterprise Change Coordination
Human Resources Research & Analysis and Enterprise Change Management teamed up on an effort called Enterprise Change Coordination, which seeks to collaboratively identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could prevent projects from achieving their desired outcomes.
When multiple initiatives impact the same departments at the same time, it is harder for employees to adopt change. The goal is to improve awareness of challenges that could threaten project success by providing a holistic view of change and creating opportunities for stronger coordination.
The group developed a dashboard that provides visibility to potential challenges and meets monthly with Project Managers and Change Managers to discuss strategies while there is still time to be proactive.
